The Oregon Department of Agriculture is currently posting notices on the doors of residents who have not responded.

Consent forms from the Oregon Department of Agriculture have been mailed to residents in the proposed 2018 treatment area. You can either submit your forms online using a Personal Identification Number (PIN) on the website, http://oda.direct/JBconsent, or return in the mail.
